Campbell, Ca., May 6, 2008 - Hunter Labs CEO Elected to Boston Heart Lab Board of Directors

Hunter Laboratories, Inc. announced today that it’s CEO, Chris Riedel, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Boston Heart Lab. Based in Boston, MA, the Boston Heart Lab (BHL) provides cardiovascular disease (CVD) management. Through a combination of proprietary lipid tests, advanced therapy guidelines, and patient support services, BHL provides physicians sophisticated risk analysis and disease management.

The Medical Director for the Boston Heart Lab is Ernst Schaefer, MD. Dr. Schaefer is the Director of the Lipid Metabolism Laboratory at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University in Boston, as well as the Director of the Cardiovascular Research laboratory and the Lipid and Heart Disease Prevention Program at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts.
